Fee Structure

Our school is proud to be a low fee independent school, ensuring that more families can afford a quality education for their children without compromising on academic standards or facilities.

We believe in transparency when it comes to our fees, which is why our all-inclusive school fees cover various aspects of your child’s education, providing them with a comprehensive learning journey. The all-inclusive school fees cover the following:

Tuition, books and learning materials, and extracurricular activities (excluding any travel expenses).

To further assist families with budgeting, our all-inclusive school fees are spread over ten months. This payment plan ensures that the financial commitment is manageable for parents while providing an uninterrupted and enriching learning experience for your child throughout the academic year.

Steps in the application process

Step 1

Download, complete and sign both the application form and the parent contract.

Step 2

Email the completed forms.

Step 3

Your application is processed by the school.

Step 4

The school will confirm with you whether your child has been accepted or not.

Step 5

Pay your deposit into the school’s bank account via EFT.

Step 6

Email proof of payment.

Step 7

Your child starts their journey at Get Ahead!


1. When do applications close?

Applications close on 30 September however we accept late applications, if there is space available in the grade applied for.

2. What is a deposit?

A deposit secures your child’s place with the Get Ahead Schools and is deducted from the following year’s annual school fees.

3. When is the deposit payable?

The deposit is payable annually by 30 November.

4. What are the methods of payment?

EFT, cellphone banking, swiping of debit/credit card at school, or debit order.

5. When are school fees payable by?

By the end of each month, January through October.
